| Alternative Health Group LLC is pleased to announce our
200hr Yoga Teacher Training, certified by the Yoga Alliance.
The Yoga Teacher Training Course brings together the best of both ancient world yoga lineage and modern world applications. The training will teach you how to teach a core set of postures and variations in both the Sivananda and Ashtanga lineages.
You will also learn the four paths of yoga and what they really mean and how you can bring them not only into the class but to your own practice. Your training will be both spiritual, intellectual and practical giving you a well rounded view of yoga.
Upon successful completion of the program, students may apply to be recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
Course Dates:
September 7, 2011 - December 4, 2011
• Mondays 6pm - 8:30pm
• Wednesdays 6pm - 8:30pm
• Saturdays 12:30pm - 5:00pm
• Sundays 8am - 4pm
