Everything happens for the benefit of our evolution. After being diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder in 2011, Amy pressed the reset button on her life. One of her most valuable tools for change is yoga. She has personally experienced the healing and pain relieving power of practicing yoga. Knowing this, Amy teaches classical Hatha yoga to restore a healthy mind-body. Also having practiced physical therapy for 7 years, she loves teaching the subtleties of proper posture – a crucial element for any fruitful yoga practice. Amy has practiced yoga for 8 years and in early 2015, completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India – the yoga capital of the world. She returned to Rishikesh in early 2016 to complete her 500 hour training.Amy is also a certified professional life coach.
