Hatha yoga is an approachable discipline of yoga that utilizes meditation, breath work and body movement during class. Postures are held for medium lengths of time to help give the body an opportunity to relax into and feel the posture. Moderate props from our space are provided to ensure everyone has access to whatever iteration of form we are creating. This is a good class for everyone and will provide space for more seasoned folks to try different techniques.
