About Me

I moved to Chicago from Colorado and fell in love with this city’s spirit of community and solidarity. My mission is to support the Chicago community with the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine so people can continue to show up for each other and themselves. I understand how hard it can be going through life with chronic pain, fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal issues, etc. My purpose on this planet is to help people, and my goal is to help your body find balance and healing so you can take on life’s joys and challenges. Acupuncture has helped me in so many ways, I look forward to providing the same excellent care that inspired me to become a practitioner. I earned a Doctorate of Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Science. My approach integrates eastern and western medicine and follows principles of evidence-based practice.

I provide private and community style acupuncture. Private sessions are better suited for treating aches and pains and could involve cupping, gua sha, or electric stimulation. Community sessions are best for internal, non-pain related conditions like stress management, PTSD, hormone balancing, etc. Please see our services tab for more information and reach out if you have any questions or want to schedule an appointment.
